If you have many products, adding images one by one can be time consuming. With the Sheet to Store.link Add-on, you can speed up the process and avoid manually copy-pasting image links for each product.
The add-on lets you insert images into your Google Sheet either vertically (by rows) or horizontally (by columns)—making it easier to manage bulk uploads.
Let’s see how to set this up.
Install the Sheet to Store.link Extension
Visit the Sheet to Store.link and install the extension from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Upload Your Images
Open your Product Sheet from your store.link dashboard. Then go to Extensions > Sheet to Store.link > Upload Image.
This opens a panel where you can upload and view your product images.
You can either drag and drop your product images into the upload panel or click Browse files to select and upload them from your device.
Note
If you’ve already uploaded images in the Gallery from your Store.link dashboard, they will appear here as well. This panel is an extension of the same gallery.
Your uploaded images will appear here. You can also create folders to organize your product images more efficiently.
Adding Images Horizontally
Select the images in order, click the starting cell in your sheet, then click the right arrow icon to insert them horizontally across columns.
Adding Images Vertically
Select the images in order, click the starting cell in your sheet, then click the down arrow icon to insert them vertically into each row.
This way, you can quickly add multiple images to your product sheet—saving time and keeping everything organized.
Note
If you have enabled Sheet Formulas, the images will appear as URLs instead of image previews.
