You can manage inventory of your products on Google Sheet by updating the columns, Stock and Availability on your Product Sheet.
Stock
Stock refers to the quantity of products you have available to sell. In Store.link stock is a whole number.
When a product is sold, the stock count will be automatically reduced in the Google Sheet column. And you also have the option to manually increase or decrease the number of items available whenever you need to adjust the number.
Availability
You may have items in your inventory, however they not be ready for sale. Sometimes you want to pause the sale of some items. This is when Availability comes handy. Here is what each of the options in Availability column means.
Show | Product is shown on your store |
Hide | Product is hidden on your store |
Out of Stock | Product is shown but greyed out; representing Out of Stock status. |
Note
If Stock is 0 and Availability is still set as "Show", it will be displayed as Out of Stock in your Online store.
