How to allow customers to track orders?

Visit Settings > Orders > Order tracking

Access the Settings menu and locate the Orders section.

Turn on the toggle switch for Order tracking.

When you turn on Order tracking, your customers will see a tracking link in the order confirmation page and also see the same tracking link inside the order confirmation email they receive.

Preview Order Status Page

Clicking on Track your order will open the order status page.

Note

Order status can be changed from the Order page inside dashboard.
