Do Customers Get Order Confirmation Emails?

Yes, customers will receive an order confirmation email as long as the email is enabled in the checkout field. To enable the email, go to Design > Checkout on your dashboard and then turn on the toggle switch for Email.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email when the Email question is present in the checkout page. Below is a screenshot of how this order confirmation email looks. It will contain the summary of the order, the total price and other details.
