Visit Design > Checkout > Form fields to edit your checkout form.

The default checkout form fields are Name, Email, Phone and Address. If you wish to not collect these data from the customer, you can use the toggle switch to turn them off.

You can also edit each of these fields by clicking on the gear icon. Here you may mark a field as required or not. You can change the text if you need to translate the text for the fields.

Note

The field type for these default questions are locked and cannot be edited. To collect additional data during checkout, you can add new fields.
