What is a payment link?

Payment link is a method to accept payments from customers via a unique URL.

When customers try to make a payment via a payment link, they will be taken to the respective payment platform. And once they make the payment, they will be able to visit the store.link website and add transaction details.

How to add a payment link?

Navigate to the Settings menu and then click on the Payments tab to access Add Payment Method.

When you click on Add Payment Method, it will open a modal box. Choose Payment Link. Enter a name and a payment link for the payment tool you choose, and then click on Add. In the below example, we're showing how to add a Venmo URL.

Confirm Payment Link has been added

Open your store page, add any item to your shopping cart and continue with checkout. There you should see the payment link as an available option for payment. In our example, it is Venmo.

Additional Options

When you add a payment link, there is an option to Collect payment details after the transaction is made. With this option clicked, you will force customers to verify the payment by entering Transaction Number or Payment ID or respective username.
