How to add a custom payment option?

Adding a custom payment method to your online store is a way to support payment methods that are not found on Store.link directly.

Add a New Payment Method

Go to your dashboard and navigate to Settings on the bottom left corner. Select Payments and click on + Add Payment Method to start setting up your custom payment method.

Edit Custom Payment Method

Select Custom and give your payment method a name. Choose a name that clearly describes the payment option (such as "Bank Transfer" or "Cash on Delivery").

You can choose to upload a Payment Icon for your custom payment method. We recommend using 24x24 pixels in size.

Once you're done making changes, click on Add. This will save your payment method.

Review Custom Payment Method

Below, you can see how the payment method looks on the online store's checkout page.

Note

Custom payment methods are a way for you to inform your customers that payments will be processed externally. Store.link does not collect it for you. You will be responsible for manually collecting and confirming payments for orders using this method.
