Add Store.link Customers to HubSpot

You can connect your Store.link store to HubSpot CRM using Store.link webhooks and Zapier. This way, whenever a customer places a new order, their details move automatically from Store.link to HubSpot, no extra work needed.

For example, if John Doe buys a T-shirt from your store, Store.link can send his order details through a webhook. Zapier catches that data and zapier can then send it to HubSpot CRM, where a new customer record can be created with John’s name, email, and other info.

This means your Store.link customers are instantly added to your HubSpot CRM list. All your customer data stays in one place, always updated, and you don’t need to copy and paste anything yourself.

In this guide, we’ll show you step by step how to set up this connection so your Store.link orders appear in HubSpot automatically.

Note

Make sure you have a Zapier account, and a HubSpot CRM account before starting.

Set Up Your Webhook in Zapier

Log in to your Zapier account and click Create Zap. Then in the editor select the Trigger option.

Click 'Trigger1.Select the event that starts your Zap'

Select Webhooks by Zapier from the list.

Click 'Webhooks'

There is an option to pick a child key in the setup (this is optional). Click Continue.

Click 'Continue'

Copy the Webhook URL Zapier gives you.

Click 'Copy'

Go to your Store.link dashboard → Settings → Integrations. Click the Connect button next to the Webhooks option.

Click 'Connect'

Paste your Webhook URL. You can also add headers or extra fields if needed. When done, click Add Webhook.

Click 'Add Webhook'

Use the 3-dot menu to edit, send a test event, or delete the webhook.

Click 'Send test'

Go to your store and place a sample order.

Click 'Order SuccessfulThank you for your orderYour order is under process and you will be notified soon!Track your order ↗Order Number10004 Relaxed Knit PoloSize - M, Color - OliveQuantity:...'

Return to Zapier and click Test Trigger.

Zapier should show the order data you just made and this means the connection between Store.link and Zapier webhooks is a success. Click on Continue with selected record.

Click 'request B'

Connect Zapier to HubSpot CRM

Now its time to connect Zapier to HubSpot. Choose the Action event. Search for HubSpot and select it.

Click 'HubSpot'

From the list of events, select Create Contact. Then sign in to your HubSpot account and click Continue.

In the Configure step, match the data from Store.link webhook to the respective fields in HubSpot. Make sure to match the name and email records in order data to the correct fields in Hubspot form.

Click on Continue when finished.

Click 'Order Data Order Details Email'

Now we have instructed Zapier to save the incoming information from Store.link webhook as a contact on Hubspot CRM.

Publish your Zap to save it.

Click 'Publish'

Test Your Integration

Go to your Store.link store and place another sample order.

Check your HubSpot dashboard. You should see the customer details (like John Doe’s name and email) added to your contact list. It may take a minute or so.

That’s it! From now on, every new order in your Store.link store will be automatically added to your HubSpot CRM, no manual work needed.
