Each Store.link subscription plan comes with a set number of monthly orders you can view and manage on your dashboard:
Free Plan: Up to 50 orders per month
Lite Plan: Up to 250 orders per month
Standard Plan: Up to 1000 orders per month
Unlimited Plan: Unlimited orders with no restrictions
If you are close to hitting the limit, you will see a reminder on the Orders section of your dashboard.
When you hit the order limit, your online store will continue to function as usual. You customers will be able to place orders. However, the orders that exceed your limit (depending on your subscription plan), will not appear on the dashboard or on the Google Sheet.
You'll see a notice for this on your Orders page, that says "Order Limit Exceeded".
Orders over the limit will not be added to your Order Sheet or trigger email or WhatsApp notifications.
When the limit is reached, we also notify you via email.
View hidden orders
To view the orders that are not visible to you, you have to increase your Order Limit. Please visit the billing page to choose a plan that suits your needs.
Once you increase your order limit, you will be able to see the orders under your dashboard.
Note
The hidden orders will not be synced to Google sheet, when you increase the order limit. You will be able to export them from Dashboard > Orders.
