No. Unfortunately, self-referrals are strictly prohibited. The aim of a referral program is to encourage affiliates and ambassadors to spread the word about our product(s), not to get discounts.
Can I run ads or publish links under the Store.link brand name?
No, this is against our affiliate terms. Any activities like cookie stuffing or social media accounts under the Store.link brand name can also lead to the termination of your affiliate account with us.
Is it permitted to use brand-related keywords in advertising content?
No, using brand-related keywords in advertising content is not permitted.
What you are allowed to do is create your own original content. For example, if you have a social media presence like Instagram, you can create a reel or video on how to create an online store. You can then run ads promoting that piece of content on Instagram, driving followers from the ad to your Store.link affiliate URL.
Similarly, if you want to run Google Ads, the proper approach is to create a blog article about topics such as “ways to create an online store” or “how to start an e-commerce website.” In this article, you can mention Store.link as one of the recommended options and include your affiliate URL. Then you run ads for that article, not directly promoting Store.link with brand keywords.
This approach helps you comply with the affiliate terms, avoids unauthorized use of the brand name in ads, and still enables you to effectively generate affiliate commissions by providing valuable content that attracts and converts customers.
Can I sign up on behalf of my clients through my own referral link?
We recommend you either sign up from your clients’ computers (if possible) OR sign up your clients as usual (without a referral link) and send us an email with their sign-up email addresses.
My friend/client signed up without using the referral link. What can I do?
Send us his/her email and we’ll manually add them to the system.
Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or rewards?
Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if you used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, you cleared your cookies, you used incognito, or you signed up from your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign up or sale were not tracked correctly, contact us.
What’s the referral cookie life?
The referral cookie life is 120 days. If a user purchases the product after 120 days since the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore.
When will I get paid?
All payouts are processed on a monthly basis. We’ll email you when the payout is completed.
