Why am I not getting orders in order sheet?

Are your orders not showing up on your order sheet? Don't worry, let's troubleshoot! Here are a few things to check:

Missing Share Access

Click on Share on the top right of the screen and check that our service account orders@sheettostore.iam.gserviceaccount.com is present as Editor in the Share List.

Lost Order Sheet

Take a look at the sheet names at the bottom of your Google Sheet. Is the sheet named Orders still there? Has it been renamed to something else? If it's missing or renamed, you will not receive orders in your Google Sheet anymore.

Check Order Sheet Headers

Open your Orders sheet and take a close look at the header column titles at the top (such as Order No, Name, etc.). Make sure these haven't been renamed or changed in any way. The order sheet relies on these specific names to recognize and import incoming orders.
