There can be two reasons why you are not able to create a new store.

Reason 1: You are in Free Plan

If all your stores are in Free plan, there is a limit of 3 stores per Google account.

In this case, you will need to upgrade any one of the stores to a paid plan. After the upgrade, you will be able to create more stores.

Reason 2: You have created 20 stores

In Store.link dashboard, there is a maximum limit of 20 stores per user.

Why is there a limit of 20?

We use Google Apps Script to sync data between your Product Sheet and your online store.link. Due to existing limitations on the side of Google Apps Script, the sync will stop working when you create more than 20 stores.

There is a solution

The limitation applies to Store.link dashboard only. However you can still create an online store using our Sheet to Store Workspace add-on.

You simply have to install the add-on and start by creating a new Google sheet in your Google account.

After you create the store using the add-on, you will be able to see the store in the dashboard. You can start designing and add other features using Store.link dashboard.

Note

Install the add-on the same Google account you used in the dashboard.

The add-on offers all the features present in our dashboard. So you may also use the add-on to manage your store.
